As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, these results are far above the average as measured against other partners and the Network team at PCR are justifiably proud of the contribution they have made.

The annual Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted by Microsoft covers areas such as overall service, ease of doing business and IT technical support.

Sharon Cloud, accountant at Kingly Ltd explains “We were using a small accounting system that was adequate for our needs initially, but as we grew and the number of projects increased it was becoming difficult to manage the accounting and contracts areas of the business. We therefore decided to look at an alternative system that would better suit our current and future needs. We did a large amount of research on the Internet and drew up a short list of possible products that we felt would suit and then invited local suppliers to come in and demonstrate the products in action”. 

“The installation and training went exactly to plan and PCR carried out all training on site at Kingly so that staff got the most benefit from it and were able to see the product in action on their own premises. The installation was excellent and PCR even took the data from our old system and converted this into Opera II which was a great help as our purchase ledger is large and holds a lot of transactions. PCR also have the ability to log into our system without leaving their offices so the level of support is high and they are very quick to respond. But it is the Pegasus CIS system that has really made a difference to Kingly. All contracts managers now have access to the system so they can track the profit and cost of their own jobs. The Pegasus CIS system also allows them to pick up any problems with their jobs quickly and take remedial action. The directors can look at the business from a different level so they can see all jobs across the business and then drill down to look at specific ones if they need to. We have better management reporting now and we find that reports do not have to be designed over and over due to the flexibility of the system which has resulted in 99% of the reports not having to be altered”.

“We feel that the combination of PCR, Pegasus Opera II and Pegasus CIS has given us the financial systems to help the company continue to develop and grow for a number of years to come” concludes Sharon.
