Our outsourced service provides a comprehensive managed IT support solution, and is delivered by a dedicated team of service desk engineers, providing effective IT support via the telephone, and industry recognised remote tools. We have a wide range of services available, and this approach guarantees you get the level of service appropriate to your organisation. Our aim is to provide you with personalised and affordable support, either in place of an in house IT department, or alongside your own IT resource. In addition to our IT support team, we also have a team of experienced, on-site field engineers who visit sites either on a scheduled basis, or as and when needed.

We provide IT support to SME organisations, from 2 to 200 PC networks, single or multiple servers. We are based in Surrey, just south of London, and cover the South East, and further afield. Our standard hours are Monday – Friday, 9 – 17.30, but we can offer out of hours support if required. We can tailor our services to your requirements, our standard support service includes:

Unlimited Telephone and Web based remote Support

You have unlimited access to our experienced Microsoft Qualified Technical Engineers, for expert technical assistance and advice. Using our web based remote support offering, our technicians can dial into your systems, and fix the problem quickly and efficiently.

Proactive Server Monitoring

Our Technical team will dial in and monitor your servers to ensure they are running as efficiently as possible. We ensure that the backup is running, Critical Updates are applied and the Anti Virus Software is fully up to date and ensure there are sufficient resources.

We can tailor our services to your requirements, such as Business Continuity, On Site Contracted Consultancy, System Design and Implementation.
