PCR are proud to announce that 100% of customers who participated in the Microsoft Customer Satisfaction Survey recently, stated that they were Very Satisfied or Satisfied with the service provided by PCR.
As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, these results are far above the average as measured against other partners and the Network team at PCR are justifiably proud of the contribution they have made.
The annual Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted by Microsoft covers areas such as overall service, ease of doing business and IT technical support.

PCR have added to their Competency in Networking Infrastructure Solutions status with the addition of the Information Worker Solutions competency as part of the Microsoft Partner Program.
Information worker solutions are based and built on the Microsoft Office System platform with a view to increasing connectivity between people, processes and customers.
