Using our web based remote support offering, our technicians can dial into your systems, and fix the problem quickly and efficiently
Proactive Server Monitoring
Our Technical team will dial in and monitor your servers to ensure they are running as efficiently as possible. We ensure that the backup is running, Critical Updates are applied and the Anti Virus Software is fully up to date and ensure there are sufficient resources.
Contracted On Site Support
If you have issues that require a site visit, we will attend site, on an ad-hoc basis to resolve these issues. For our larger sites, we can also attend site regularly to carry out a variety of tasks, including new PC installations, applying service packs, configuration changes to the network.
