Support Desk Services

The PCR support desk provides telephone, web based and remote support during working hours so problems are often fixed without the requirement for a site visit, enabling customers to concentrate on running their business.

Telephone Support

Our dedicated support team man the support lines, Monday - Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Technicians are trained to the manufacturer’s high standards and have undergone extensive training programmes, and where appropriate passed Industry Exams.

Remote Support

Utilising standard technology remote support enables us to deliver a more efficient service, which in turn benefits customers. Remote control software allows our technicians in a secure environment to ‘control’ your PC’s or Servers, from our offices.

On-Site Support
