PCR has been an established IT support company in London and the South East since 1992, and in that time, we are proud to have worked with a wide variety of organisations. We aim to listen to our customer’s requirements and deliver cost-effective industry leading solutions that are tailored to these requirements. In addition to IT support services, we offer a wide range of business software solutions to customers of all sizes, in a variety of industries.
We have built long term relationships with many of our customers, some of whom have been generous enough to share their experience in the case studies detailed below.

Metamark UK
PCR has worked with Metamark for many years providing their accounting software, Pegasus Opera II, support and consultancy as well as network and IT support, across two locations.
Through the implementation of Spindle Professional, Metamark UK achieved significant cost reductions. Linked to their accounts software solution Pegasus Opera II, Metamark significantly reduced man hours, and postage and stationery costs.
Croylek
Croylek approached PCR as their IT service partner to maintain and improve their IT infrastructure and operations to ensure their systems could deal with plans for further growth, both at home and abroad.
Implementing the new servers improved system reliability and provided a more fault tolerant solution. The electronic document distribution implemented by PCR saved Croylek thousands of pounds in postage and stationery costs, whilst improving the accessibility and audit trail of key customer documentation.

Alma Holdings
PCR provide IT support for Alma Holdings, both remotely and in the office through an onsite IT support contract. PCR has improved the performance and reliability of the IT network, thereby reducing IT headaches and providing peace of mind that someone is always available should the need arise. They also proactively monitor and manage Alma Holdings’ IT security through the Cyber Essentials programme.

PCR continue to provide IT support to YourRecruit, maintaining and managing their systems. Challenges have been met with existing software and hardware limitations; however PCR have worked with an incumbent recruitment software vendor to find solutions and workarounds to prevent bringing forward heavy IT investment.
