PCR becomes a member of Ombudsman Services


PCR member of Ombudsman Services

We are delighted to advise that PCR is now a member of Ombudsman Services for Communications. This demonstrates our commitment to providing excellent customer service and quality.

By signing up to the scheme, PCR have given our customers access to the Ombudsman Services. This is the largest multi-sector dispute resolution provider in the UK. As a result, any customer that requires help in resolving a complaint or dispute, can access their services for free. The only stipulation is for the complaint to have been with us for at least eight weeks to give us a chance to address it.
